SZSarasota was founded after watching a childcare director run staff-to-child ratios off a whiteboard that hadn't been updated since morning drop-off. We build the systems that keep ratios accurate all day, every room.

How we think about the work

A whiteboard ratio count is accurate for exactly as long as nobody moves. Every system we build assumes ratios change room by room, minute by minute, and needs to reflect that in real time.
